Help when you need it.

Start with a game's Help menu for first steps, full rules and paytable examples. Learn and Practice are available from the catalogue.

Choosing credits

Set a virtual amount in the game. Open Bank for Available and optional Selected, In play and Last returned details. Start with the game's own action. Running low never requires payment.

Sound and motion

Use the speaker control to enable sound after entering. Preferences offers sound settings, Comfort Mode and reduced motion. Cosmetic selections affect presentation only.

Saved play and temporary sessions

Saved progress is local to this browser. If AUREL cannot safely own persistent storage, it identifies a temporary session. For an additional saved-play tab, close the original tab first. A browser profile export is available in Preferences; clearing browser storage may erase the saved profile.

A game did not load

Check your connection and choose Retry where offered. Added machine and table families download on first entry. An offline session can only use previously cached files. Return to the lobby before trying another game.

Report a beta problem

Open Feedback in the club. Include the game, browser, screen size and steps that reproduce the issue. Copy or download the report. It stays on this device until you share it; AUREL does not show a fake successful submission.
